If You Find A Fault
All our stadium seats and outdoor blankets are expertly crafted and thoroughly tested but if you're unfortunate to encounter a defect or any other problem with our products, please just contact us within 60 days of purchase and we'll look to organize a full refund or replacement.

If you haven't already, do sign up to our 1 year manufacturer's warranty for peace of mind. You can sign up here.

If You Change Your Mind
We also understand that people do sometimes change their minds after buying a product. So if you've ordered any of our products and then have second thoughts, you can return them back to Amazon within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. Simply log into your Amazon account, go to your orders page, find your Brawntide order, click on the Returns link and then follow Amazon's instructions.
